(7.5KM not 4.2) I had a glimpse of what will happen on Feb 16 if I didn’t train hard, eat properly, & sleep well. I had the worst long run to date. I easily get tired so the result was to walk more. I dreaded every step — total disaster! I had to run for 80 minutes using the 3:1 run-walk interval. I wasn’t able to follow that. Bawi ako this week!
